[psysec] starting with a joke

For example,
I've always dreamt about finding smart psycologists ("smart", meaning
they are OK with IT security) and write down with them an awareness
class for employees.
Also, i'd like their help to write down some security policies for IT
staff (and not only IT staff!) concering the information employees write
down on their CVs..
Ok, I don't mean we need the "psyco experts" to explain an employee how
stupid and insecure it is to supply too many details about their jobs,
projects, BUs, etc on their CV, of course....but I guess you got the
point I'm talking about.
Is somebody aware of social engineering lessons/papers/slides/whatever,
written by psycologists ? I'd like to read it.
Cheers,
Raoul
