Hi
I am proposing this following a story on Israeli news websites (
http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3750165,00.html ), of an illegal
fertility clinic in Romania, paying egg donors. I had a discussion about
this with my fiancee, and that discussion expanded to include paid organ
transplants, and even prostitution.
The general question is of course - if two consenting adults wish to trade
something, should we forbid it?
The answer usually* depends on the specific something they are trading. For
now, let's discuss paid organ transplants.
To make this more interesting, before starting the actual debate, I propose
that all who wish to join in first say so, and then be assigned roles by the
debate supervisor (Gadi?).
Cheers,
Imri
* unless of course you believe that all trade should be allowed, regardless.
