This isn't a good thing. Its not only NOT helpful but it could be VERY
damaging. The old saying "the road to hell is paved with good itentions" is
about this exactly. Pass all of these hysteria-driven environmental rules
and you'll kill the economy, kill people and do nothing for the environment.
That's not harmless.
