I think it is kinda too late for that: with issues heated up like
that, one might never be comfortable trusting information sources. It
feels like for any "trusted" scientific information source there is
another one that claims "they are only saying so since they were
funded by XYZ pro/con-warming org back in 19XX" or "they are only
saying it since their twice removed cousin's brother's girlfriend was
a janitor while making the movie 'Inconvineient Truth'", etc, etc.

So, how DO you assess evidence objectively?
