Windows that will download and execute another program. K.

I grabbed tiny3.exe, which is the 304-byte one.  Doesn't work on XP x64. 
  Says "C:\test\tiny3.exe is not a valid Win32 application."  Same 
problem on 32-bit Vista 5744.

The 384-byte tiny.exe seems to be OK on the XP x64 system.  It faults on 
the 32-bit Vista.
